Job Overview

The Examination Assistant Manager is responsible for directing the planning and implementation of fraud investigations within the company. This role involves performing in-depth examinations, analyzing data and evidence, and preparing comprehensive final reports while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the investigation department by assisting with related cases and supplying necessary information.
• Lead the fraud examination process, including conducting investigations, analyzing evidence and data, and producing final reports.
• Participate in external interviews alongside company units when required.
• Alert relevant parties by raising red flags to facilitate recovery of losses from fraud incidents.
• Detect weaknesses in internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Utilize monitoring tools and systems to investigate reported fraud activities within the entire group.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of fraud examination software and tools used by the group to identify unusual behaviors and patterns.
• Compile statistical reports related to fraud examination activities within the company.
• Work collaboratively with investigation units on fraud-related cases and provide necessary information across subsidiaries.
• Manage the delivery of fraud examinations involving financial, technical, and criminal infringements, ensuring comprehensive data collection.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in examination roles within the telecommunications sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems is required.
• Relevant certifications in fraud examination or related fields are preferred.
