Overview
WSP's Building Services division in Darwin is expanding and seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level. The role focuses on delivering defence, commercial, and infrastructure projects, providing leadership within a close-knit team supported by a national and global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design efforts for a variety of projects including defence, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Oversee project delivery covering scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Drive business development initiatives and uncover new opportunities.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of engineering team members.
- Collaborate with national teams to integrate specialist expertise into local projects.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience in building services consultancy.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in project delivery and client management.
- Experience with defence or secure projects is highly valued.
- Commercially savvy with ability to contribute to business growth strategies.
- Must hold Australian citizenship.
