About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to refine raw podcast audio footage into polished final episodes. Responsibilities include enhancing audio clarity by removing noise, adjusting volume levels, and cutting out any errors or distractions. You will incorporate sound design elements like jingles, background music, and effects to elevate the listener experience. Close collaboration with hosts and producers is essential to ensure that the edits accurately reflect each episode's intended message and style. Managing multiple episodes concurrently while adhering to deadlines and consistent quality standards is expected. Additionally, maintaining smooth transitions between sections to preserve a cohesive audio flow is key.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work from home and start the internship between August 28, 2026, and October 2, 2026. The commitment duration is six months. Relevant skills and passion for audio and video editing are required. Women interested in launching or restarting their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend for this position ranges from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month. Additional perks include issuance of a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible work schedules.
