About the Internship
This internship provides the opportunity to engage fully in the content creation process for a growing personal brand focused on motherhood, baby products, and parenting insights. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in all phases of content development, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, brand collaboration campaigns, analytics tracking, and community growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire content production lifecycle from brainstorming ideas, scheduling via content calendars, to shooting, editing, and publishing, ensuring smooth progression without delays.
- Support content creation activities by assisting on shoots, preparing shot lists, capturing footage with phone or camera, editing short-form videos and reels, and designing covers and captions.
- Oversee operations related to creator growth, including tracking brand partnership timelines, deliverables, researching trends and competitor content, maintaining idea and outreach databases, and proactively managing tasks without the need for daily supervision.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship lasting four months, starting between August 26, 2026 and September 30, 2026.
- Candidates should have passion and relevant skills in content creation, communication, video editing, photography, project management, and design aesthetics.
- Women interested in starting or restarting their career are especially encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work onsite in Indiranagar, Bangalore at least twice per week is required.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency with video editing and videography techniques.
- Experience managing content calendars and project workflows.
- Familiarity with basic photography and image editing.
- Competency in using communication platforms and productivity tools like MS Excel and Notion.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Additional Details and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 11,000 to 20,001, inclusive of a fixed component (INR 10,000 - 15,001) plus potential incentive pay (INR 1,000 - 5,000).

About the Company
The internship is offered by a Bangalore-based content creator and IIT Roorkee alumna who specializes in personal storytelling related to parenthood and lifestyle. Having previously founded a brand aimed at community and content growth, she now collaborates with baby, parenting, wellness, and lifestyle brands to produce meaningful sponsored and user-generated content. This role offers exposure to personal brand growth strategies and content campaign execution.
