Telecalling Executive

About the Role

CAD DESK seeks a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to join their team in Noida. This role revolves around engaging with fresh leads and prospective clients to promote CAD and design-related educational courses as well as design consultancy services.

Key Duties

• Initiate calls to newly generated leads and potential clients.
• Promote and market CAD and various design-oriented courses to interested students.
• Engage clients who may require architectural, interior, MEP, or other design consultancy offerings.
• Interpret client needs and produce qualified leads to support the in-house design team.
• Manage accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with sales and design departments to progress discussions with interested parties.

Prerequisites

• Strong communication skills paired with persuasive abilities.
• Preferred experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation roles.
• A foundational understanding of design courses or consultancy will be beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates demonstrating excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Noida, part of Delhi-NCR.
