Facilities Supervisor – Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

We are inviting motivated and customer-centric individuals to join the Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing technologies across the global warehouse and delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety best practices in all tasks, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on all equipment types present at the facility.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, maintain clear communication with impacted teams, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing breakdown incidents, providing feedback, and suggesting enhancements through the line management structure.
• Ensure equipment availability remains high to support internal customers effectively.
• Collaborate with and learn from senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.
• Oversee management of external contractors when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, or Instrumentation and Controls.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience maintaining conveyors, automation, or control systems.
