Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will focus on expanding sales within your assigned territory by nurturing existing client relationships and securing new accounts. Working remotely across Singapore, you will report directly to the Commercial Leader and be integral to the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives following the territory's business development strategy and KPIs.
• Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities while maintaining and strengthening current accounts.
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with current and prospective customers to present Radiometer’s product offerings.
• Introduce and promote new products and initiatives, offering market feedback to sales and marketing leadership.
• Maintain strong customer relationships within the RSIN framework and actively seek service delivery enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 5 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics arena.
• Possession of a tertiary scientific qualification or an equivalent credential.
• Sound understanding of clinical chemistry and laboratory or Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) procedures.
• Strong multitasking skills and effective priority management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and Salesforce platform.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Background in blood gas and immunoassay device sales and management.
• Experience working in acute care, respiratory therapy, or intensive care unit environments.
• Familiarity with IT middleware solutions and hospital information systems such as LIS and HIS.
