Internship Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern eager to develop core recruitment skills in a fast-paced environment. The role involves screening resumes, managing applicant tracking systems, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive screening of resumes to pinpoint outstanding candidates for different roles.
- Assist in organizing and conducting candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Maintain and utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enhance and document recruitment workflows.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to align hiring requirements and recruitment plans.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and identify fitting talent.
- Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Gain knowledge of recruitment best practices and keep abreast of industry trends to add value to the recruitment process.
