About the Internship
This internship involves a variety of human resources tasks focused on recruitment and onboarding. The intern will be responsible for creating and updating job descriptions for multiple platforms, sourcing and screening candidates using different recruitment channels, and conducting initial screening calls to evaluate applicants’ suitability for open positions. Coordination of interview schedules and maintaining smooth communications with candidates and internal hiring managers are key responsibilities. The intern will also manage candidate records and recruitment data using KEKA HRMS, update hiring trackers, and support onboarding documentation and pre-joining processes.
Additionally, the intern will assist with organizing campus hiring and bulk hiring events, managing interview logistics, shortlisting candidates, and ensuring compliance with HR documentation. Opportunities to suggest improvements to recruitment workflows and candidate experience are encouraged.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available to undertake a full-time, in-office internship for a three-month duration, starting between August 13, 2026, and September 17, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills related to MS Office, English proficiency, and effective communication.
Additional Information
Position offers a monthly stipend ranging from 5999 to 6000 INR. Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate.
