Position Overview

The Luxury Collection is seeking dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Experts to ensure each guest experiences a neat, welcoming, and immaculate environment across all hotel areas. This role involves comprehensive housekeeping duties, from guest room preparation to maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces, thereby contributing to an exceptional stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities and Role Details

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle housekeeping equipment and supplies, including stocking carts and organizing materials.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality throughout the property.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and workplace safety guidelines.
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Demonstrate professionalism in personal appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
