Responsibilities

• Supervise the packing process to guarantee items are securely packed and appropriately labeled with shipping and handling instructions.
• Perform inspections of packed items to verify correctness and quality prior to dispatch.
• Track quantities based on production-released orders and physical stock.
• Resolve any shipment issues related to outbound orders, such as damages or quantity discrepancies, before shipment planning.
• Collaborate closely with logistics supervisor and other logistics personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain clear communication with logistics supervisors concerning assigned tasks.
• Monitor outbound shipment vehicles’ progress to ensure deliveries occur on schedule.
• Utilize tracking systems to verify goods’ locations, ensuring data consistency with physical presence.
• Prepare regular reports on outbound dispatch activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Keep outbound areas tidy, organized, and hazard-free to foster safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in outbound logistics operations.
• Background in warehousing processes.
