About the internship
About the Internship
This internship is focused on technical operations support for a pricing product being developed for worldwide release. The selected intern will help keep application and system issues under control, support troubleshooting, and assist with quality checks across operational workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Help operations teams by spotting, diagnosing, and recording issues related to applications or systems.
- Support verification of bug fixes, product improvements, and application updates against business and functional expectations.
- Use ticketing and issue-tracking tools to record, prioritize, monitor, and follow up on problems.
- Write and run SQL queries to fetch data, confirm records, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Carry out data checks to keep information accurate, consistent, and reliable across systems.
- Contribute to root cause analysis by gathering logs, screenshots, system details, and steps to reproduce issues.
- Work with development, QA, and operations teams to help resolve issues quickly.
- Track daily system health and operations, and flag unusual behavior, risks, or emerging issues.
- Keep clear documentation of incidents, fixes, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
- Assist with testing system updates and checking production deployments for smooth releases.
- Identify repeated issues and suggest preventive improvements to strengthen processes.
- Build understanding of workflows, business processes, tools, and technologies to improve support quality and efficiency.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join full-time in office, are available to start between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, can commit to a 5-month internship, and have relevant skills and interest. Computer Science Engineering students are eligible to apply.

The company provides support solutions for startups and microenterprises and is currently involved in developing a pricing product for global deployment. It is based in Bengaluru.
Stipend
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to INR 17,500.
