7-Eleven is seeking an entry-level store team member for its Massapequa, NY location. What the Role Involves

• Handling cash and processing fuel transactions accurately.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Supporting food preparation and food safety tasks in foodservice-focused assignments.
• Providing helpful, upbeat customer service and supporting a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Assisting with loyalty and rewards program promotion.

What You Need to Bring

• A strong customer-first mindset and the drive to exceed expectations.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Confidence with food preparation, presentation, and beverage service, including coffee.
• Accuracy in cash handling and fuel-related transactions.
• The ability to follow health and safety rules.
• Comfort with multitasking and with physical activity such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not required.

The role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 to $22.11. Compensation may vary based on applicable state requirements and company policies. Benefits, bonuses, commissions, and other incentive-based compensation remain subject to the company’s discretion and applicable law.
