Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facilities management activities and making sure service delivery stays aligned with company standards and contractual commitments. The role requires close control of site operations, coordination of subcontractors and internal teams, and active attention to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
The Site Coordinator will also handle work order monitoring, maintain site records and documentation, support inspections and audits, and contribute to periodic reporting on maintenance work, incidents, and overall performance. In addition, the role involves regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, timely response to site issues, and participation in initiatives that improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee daily site activities to ensure facilities management services are delivered smoothly.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the work of subcontractors and in-house teams.
- Ensure operations follow health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Track work orders and keep accurate site logs and related records.
- Support site inspections, audits, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activity, incidents, and site performance.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments to resolve operational matters.
- Respond quickly to site concerns, service requests, and unexpected issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid ability to coordinate site operations within a facilities management setting, including planning, organization, and prioritization.
- Working knowledge of MEP, civil, and life safety systems to help manage routine maintenance, repairs, and contractor tasks.
- Understanding of HSE practices and the ability to support compliance and safe work execution on site.
- Comfort using basic office applications and digital maintenance or work-order tracking tools.
- Good communication and people skills for dealing with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Sharp attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and prompt response to operational issues.
- Prior exposure to facilities management, construction, or other site-based operations in KSA or the GCC is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work full time on site in Jeddah and support occasional extended working hours as needed.
Additional Information
This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires in-person presence at the site. Full-time availability is expected, along with flexibility to cover site requirements when extended hours are necessary.
