Senior Program Manager

Role overview

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-looking Senior Program Manager to steer high-complexity programs, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and deliver critical business initiatives from end to end. The role involves guiding large programs from early planning through execution, building strong relationships with stakeholders, using resources effectively, and making sure outcomes are achieved on schedule, within scope, and in line with organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multiple strategic programs and intricate projects from launch through completion.
• Create program direction, delivery roadmaps, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Bring together internal teams, stakeholders, and outside partners to keep execution aligned.
• Track performance, risks, spending, and key delivery milestones across programs.
• Spot obstacles early and put practical mitigation plans in place.
• Set up governance models, reporting routines, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Share progress, insights, and recommendations regularly with senior leaders.
• Advance process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure programs deliver the expected business results and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in program management or project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale initiatives and strategic programs.
• Professional credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience using project management tools and reporting systems will be beneficial.
