Overview
i360technologies provides consulting and technology services that help federal agencies achieve their mission goals. The organization is looking for a Senior Program Manager to run a federal financial management support engagement for a client that operates Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Federal Financials as a shared service provider for several agencies and about 19,000 user accounts. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery across all task areas, acts as the main contact for the contracting officer and COR, and carries responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and overall performance. This is a key personnel position.
What you will lead
- Oversee all operational support activities, including program management, multi-level help desk operations, financial business operations, application maintenance and monitoring, testing, documentation, data handling, audit support, training, and change management.
- Be the primary senior contact for the client and build effective working relationships with stakeholders in the supported agencies and the program management office.
- Track delivery against service level agreements and government milestone schedules, and provide regular status updates to client leadership.
- Own risk management efforts, including ongoing risk reviews and client briefings.
- Manage staffing needs, key personnel coverage, workforce planning, and continuity of operations.
- Promote process improvement and support audit readiness in financial operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and bring at least 10 years of related experience. The background should include program or project management on federal IT and/or financial management initiatives. Prior success managing service-level-based operations, government deliverables, and client relationships is required. The selected candidate must also be able to pass a federal background check and gain client site access.
Preferred experience
Strongly preferred experience includes working with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Federal Financials in a federal shared services environment, familiarity with DHS or similar federal financial management programs, ServiceNow-based help desk operations, and federal audit support. PMP certification is a plus.

The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust suitability clearance, pass a federal background investigation, and have U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. Visa sponsorship is not available.
