As a young, externally backed business with a team of fewer than 10 people, Persevio offers a high-autonomy setting where individual contribution has direct impact. Its AI recruiter, Viona, sits at the center of the product, and the team is looking for motivated people to help expand its presence across the region.

Role Overview

The company is hiring two Sales Development Representatives to power its outbound sales efforts. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is focused entirely on top-of-funnel work: finding prospects, starting conversations, and setting up qualified meetings that feed the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Run a fast-paced outbound outreach program, with a target of around 100 cold calls each day to connect with prospective clients and HR decision-makers.
  • Create a steady flow of qualified meetings for the sales team by presenting Persevio’s offering clearly and handling early objections effectively.
  • Explain Persevio’s AI-driven recruitment solution in a way that shows how it addresses common hiring challenges for employers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to improve outreach playbooks, refine target account lists, and adjust messaging based on feedback from the market.

Requirements

  • Prior professional sales experience and a solid grasp of the prospecting and outreach process.
  • Strong persistence and a goal-oriented approach, with the ability to sustain energy and pace in a demanding outbound role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner, with the ability to quickly earn trust and attention.
  • A strong drive to meet targets and support revenue growth in a scaling company.
  • Bonus: experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales.
  • Bonus: experience selling to HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience in an early-stage startup or another environment that requires a high degree of independence.
