This opportunity is for an experienced recruiter who wants to move away from a limited salary structure and work in a commission-led model with stronger earning upside. The position is built for people who are self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership of their own results and schedule.
It is a production-based recruiting role with high commission potential and a fully remote setup. The company supplies the tools and systems needed to operate effectively, while the recruiter focuses on sourcing, relationships, and placements.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
Pay is commission-based with no cap on earnings. The stated commission range is 40% to 70%+ of production. There are no desk fees or software expenses for the recruiter, as the company covers those costs. The role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
