About the Internship

Join Healthocare Private Limited, a company dedicated to creating an integrated healthcare platform aimed at transforming the industry. We are looking for a Recruitment Intern passionate about talent acquisition to assist our HR team in various recruitment activities over a six-month full-time in-office internship based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment cycle by publishing job advertisements, screening applicants' resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate schedules with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates.
• Establish and nurture connections with potential candidates via diverse channels.
• Help develop and update job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Contribute to organizing recruitment drives and job fairs to expand the candidate network.
• Maintain recruitment databases and related documentation.
• Collaborate on HR projects to optimize recruitment strategies.

Who Can Apply

Candidates eligible to apply must be available only for a full-time, on-site internship starting between September 3, 2026, and October 8, 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. They should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in recruitment.

Additional Information and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to 20,000. This includes a fixed pay component of INR 12,000 to 15,000 plus incentives of INR 2,000 to 5,000.

Language Requirements
