Role Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Project Manager. The role centers on taking projects from planning through execution and final closure while keeping delivery on schedule. The position requires close coordination with expediting teams, logistics activities, and inspection processes, along with consistent communication with stakeholders to make sure project objectives are delivered effectively.

Key Focus Areas

• Plan, run, and close projects in line with agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with expeditors to keep project work moving smoothly.
• Oversee logistics-related activities and inspection follow-ups.
• Maintain regular updates and communication with stakeholders.
• Support timely achievement of project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Solid background in project management and expediting.
• Hands-on experience in logistics coordination and inspection work.
• Strong organization and time-management capabilities.
• Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline.
• PMP certification or an equivalent credential is advantageous.
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments is a plus.
