What You Will Do
- Operate production equipment and keep the machines running smoothly.
- Spot equipment malfunctions, process disruptions, and product quality concerns, and flag them appropriately.
- Support the onboarding of new operators by helping with learning or mentoring activities when needed.
- Follow work instructions, production targets, and quality standards in day-to-day tasks.
- Log production data manually whenever the system is not automated, so traceability is maintained.
- Prepare raw materials for production and finished goods for packing.
- Verify that the warehouse operator has supplied the correct raw materials requested by production.
- Carry out loading tasks for raw materials and semi-finished goods.
- Check key output parameters at the end of the final production stage, including total length, number of acceptable products, and number of defective products.
- Get finished goods ready for handover to the TPA operator for pickup.
