About the role

The Private Equity Associate will play a growing role across sourcing, diligence, modeling, portfolio support, and execution. The position offers increasing ownership over early-stage assessment and the chance to become more involved in transactions from initial review through closing.

• Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities, while taking on more responsibility in the early diligence process.
• Create and review financial models used to evaluate valuation, upside potential, and expected returns.
• Help coordinate external advisors and internal stakeholders during due diligence, with ownership of selected workstreams.
• Support portfolio company management in operational improvements and add-on acquisition evaluation.
• Contribute to transaction execution by helping structure deals, support negotiations, and prepare investment committee materials, with increasing end-to-end deal responsibility over time.
