Job description
Role Overview
Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Piping Foreman to work onsite in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. The role involves leading piping fabrication and installation activities, coordinating multiple trades, and making sure work is executed safely and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee piping fabrication, installation, alignment, and repair operations.
- Work closely with pipe fitters, welders, riggers, and site supervisors to keep activities coordinated.
- Review and understand isometric drawings, P&IDs, and job instructions before execution.
- Confirm that all piping work follows project specifications and safety rules.
- Track manpower deployment, tools, materials, and the day’s work progress.
Requirements
- Prior offshore experience in a Piping Foreman role or a closely related position is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of piping fabrication, erection, and installation work.
- Ability to read and interpret piping isometrics and P&ID drawings.
- Offshore certifications such as T-BOSIET, H2S, and OMF are needed.
- Must be able to join immediately.
