Job description
Role overview
This position focuses on creating a welcoming in-store experience, delivering strong customer service, and supporting sales floor activities so shoppers have a positive visit and remain loyal to the store.
What you will do
Customer Experience associates are the first point of contact for customers and help set the tone for the shopping journey. The team is expected to reflect the company’s values through friendly service and helpful support for everyone entering the store.
This job may be part of a broader customer experience group that can include cashier, people greeter, self-checkout attendant, stockperson, customer service manager, and customer experience salesfloor associate roles.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a readiness to learn on the job
- Basic math ability
- Comfort with assisting customers and helping resolve simple issues
Pay and benefits
The minimum hourly pay for this role begins at $16.50. Part-time and part-time flex associates are eligible for benefits. Flex roles may offer more or fewer hours depending on business needs.
Minimum age requirement
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
