Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser position located in Karur, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on coordinating smoothly across production, sales, and customer teams to ensure orders are handled accurately and dispatched within the required timelines. The Merchandiser will manage product assortments, keep track of stock levels, prepare samples, and assist with pricing discussions and order-related negotiations. The position also includes maintaining product presentation, monitoring market movements, and working with internal teams to align output with customer expectations and improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Background in sales and retail, with the ability to support product assortment decisions and order completion.
  • Understanding of marketing principles to help position products and observe market patterns.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning ability, and the capacity to manage several orders and deadlines at once.
