Role overview
This position is designed for someone who wants to contribute directly to patient outcomes by strengthening training capability and compliance in a GMP manufacturing setting. The role supports a culture of collaboration, ongoing improvement, and strong adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Location and working environment
The role is fully onsite in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.
Purpose and scope
You will help maintain training compliance within an aseptic fill-finish GMP environment, ensuring training systems and records meet internal procedures and external regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and put in place training plans that support compliance and build team capability.
- Create learning content such as curricula and e-learning material.
- Ensure all training activity follows procedural and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor training status, compile metrics, and support audit readiness reporting.
- Assist with training requirements linked to commissioning and qualification activities.
- Keep operational leaders informed of progress, risks, and any training gaps that need attention.
Required qualifications
- A third-level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a closely related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience delivering training in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Preferred experience and strengths
- Background in aseptic operations.
- Experience with instructional design.
- Exposure to audit preparation and readiness work.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning abilities.
