Role Overview
CloudXtreme is hiring a Java Full Stack Lead for its Mumbai location. This role is centered on building enterprise-grade full-stack applications and using AI-enabled development tools to speed up coding, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining strong engineering standards.

Custom Software Engineer
What You Will Do
You will design, code, and enhance software components across applications and systems, using modern frameworks and agile methods to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that match business needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Use AI copilots and large language model-based tools to support fast development, debugging, and technical documentation.
- Build both frontend and backend application components and ensure they work together smoothly.
- Connect pre-built AI services and APIs into applications, including RAG-based capabilities where applicable.
- Balance speed and quality by applying engineering best practices while using AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Partner with architects and AI-focused specialists to support integration and adoption across teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and business workflow understanding.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical awareness of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Ability to increase delivery speed without sacrificing code quality or reliability.
Technical Stack
- Backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
- Frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue.js along with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Education Requirement
15 years of full-time education is required.
