Role overview
The team is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support a US-based sales process from a remote setup.
Work schedule
- Location: Remote
- Shift timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Indian Time
- Working days: Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across different channels to build a strong lead pipeline, including through email and calling outreach.
- Reach out proactively to prospects, introduce the offering, and assess their level of interest.
- Study customer needs, pain points, and expectations to shape sales conversations more effectively.
- Build a solid understanding of the company’s core strengths and communicate the value proposition clearly.
- Present products or services confidently over the phone or in virtual meetings and handle customer questions.
- Create trust with prospects and maintain relationships that can turn into long-term business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales journey from first contact to closure, including follow-ups and objection handling.
- Keep customer records and sales activities updated accurately in the CRM system.
- Support sales forecasting by reviewing market patterns and customer information.
- Work consistently toward individual sales targets and monthly quota goals.
- Arrange appointments for the US sales team and provide support whenever required.
