Role Overview
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will employ your creative skills to enhance BoxUp's luxury gifting brand through a variety of projects including branding, packaging, product aesthetics, and marketing visuals. This role requires a keen eye for premium design and compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative graphics for products, including packaging elements like labels, tags, sleeves, and inserts.
- Create engaging visuals for social media, websites, catalogs, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
- Conceive and develop original ideas for new products and promotional initiatives.
- Provide print-ready designs to assist product and packaging teams.
- Investigate current trends in luxury branding, packaging, and design.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and original thinking.
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with InDesign and Figma is advantageous.
- Good grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Demonstrate creativity, initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
