Job description
Role Overview
tecHindustan is hiring a Game Developer with a strong mathematics background to create and verify game mathematics for Stake Engine-based games. The position is based in Mohali / Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India, and is a full-time onsite role.
What You Will Work On
- Build and improve mathematical models for game mechanics.
- Set and fine-tune key game metrics such as RTP, volatility, hit rate, and payout patterns.
- Develop game math logic in Python and with Stake Engine’s Math SDK.
- Carry out high-volume simulations and statistical checks to validate results.
- Prepare documentation that is suitable for certification review.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to shape and deliver game concepts.
Desired Background
- Solid command of probability, statistics, combinatorics, and mathematical modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Python and simulation development.
- Exposure to RNG-based systems and statistical verification methods.
- Ability to turn product needs into clear, measurable mathematical outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication, especially for documentation.
Additional Advantageous Experience
- Prior work with Stake Engine, game math SDKs, or RGS platforms.
- Background in iGaming, casino, or betting products.
- Knowledge of certification and compliance workflows.
- Experience improving the performance of large-scale simulations.
