Overview
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a respected investment management firm in a role centered on administration and operations. The position is best suited to someone who is comfortable working in a demanding, fast-moving financial services environment and who can help keep daily business activities running smoothly.
What you will do
- Provide full-scope administrative support, including phone handling, calendar management, domestic and international travel planning, logistics, document preparation, and expense tracking.
- Support both internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed.
- Keep internal records, files, and reports organized, accurate, and confidential.
- Look for ways to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
Experience and qualification requirements
- Prior experience in financial services is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 8 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level stakeholders in a financial services setting.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay effective in a high-pressure, fast-paced workplace.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of discretion, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence.
- Collaborative attitude with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Capability to work independently and take ownership of new assignments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
Compensation
Annual compensation is listed at $150,000 to $200,000, plus bonus eligibility.
