Job description

About the Company

Doppel is developing an AI-driven defense platform focused on social engineering threats. The company helps protect executives, employees, customers, and brands from phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other AI-enabled attacks across digital channels. Its system brings together digital risk protection and human risk management to identify attacker infrastructure, strengthen resilience through training and simulations, and create a real-time intelligence view for faster disruption and improved security awareness.

Supported by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, and used by major enterprises, Doppel is a fast-scaling Series C startup working on some of the internet’s most pressing trust and safety issues. The team blends cybersecurity knowledge, operational discipline, and startup speed to address modern social engineering risks.

Role Overview

This position is for a seasoned and highly organized Executive Assistant who will support the Executive Leadership Team. The role is essential to keeping leadership operations running smoothly by handling calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, and assisting with important events. The Executive Assistant will act as a reliable partner to executives by anticipating needs, improving day-to-day efficiency, and ensuring time is spent on the highest-priority work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of executive calendars, balancing external appointments, internal meetings, and cross-functional sessions while resolving conflicts proactively and keeping leaders prepared.
  • Arrange executive events and meetings, including board sessions, customer dinners, leadership offsites, company offsites, and board meetings, while coordinating venues, catering, materials, and technology with internal teams and vendors.
  • Handle travel bookings and itineraries, submit and track expenses accurately and promptly, and provide administrative support that allows the leadership team to stay focused on strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-growing environment supporting senior or C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complicated calendars and organizing important meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational ability with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with senior leadership, board members, and outside partners.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Ramp, Navan, or comparable tools.
  • Preferred background in a technology company or other fast-moving, growth-stage organization.
  • Advantageous if the candidate has supported more than one executive at the same time.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 per year.
