Role overview
Ryanair is hiring a Crew Controller to join its Dublin-based operations team. This is an opportunity to work with one of Europe’s largest airlines at a time of major expansion, with plans to reach more than 800 aircraft and 300 million guests per year over the next decade.
The role is based at the Head Office in Airside Business Park, Swords, and sits within a busy Operations Control Centre. It follows a rotating shift pattern on a 4 on / 4 off roster, which includes night shifts.
The package starts at €40,000 per year, plus a performance bonus of €6,000 annually. After one year, the salary increases to €45,000 per year, while the annual bonus remains €6,000.
Key duties
- Monitor crew flight duty assignments and keep track of their schedules.
- Make sure crew members stay within the legal limits for flight time.
- Maintain accurate records of crew absence and punctuality.
- Help create and put into action solutions for everyday crewing issues.
- Support the development of practical, cost-conscious responses to operational disruptions.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Operations Control management.

Working style and tools
This position requires solid computer skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel. EDCL knowledge would be considered an advantage.

Additional information
