Role overview

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member for the breakfast shift in Orlando, Florida. This position is part of the restaurant team from day one and focuses on delivering friendly service, quality food, and a clean, welcoming work environment.

Core responsibilities

• Provide friendly, reliable support to guests and fellow crew members.
• Keep a positive, team-oriented attitude and jump in where needed.
• Learn the role, adapt to new tasks, and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Take action when something is not right and help resolve issues.
• Stay on your feet and remain active for most or all of the shift.
• Use standard restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
• Prepare food to brand standards, serve customers, and help maintain a clean and orderly restaurant.
