Role overview
A leading global professional services organization is looking for a Creative Director to guide and expand its internal creative team. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity with scope to influence global brand direction, raise the standard of creative output, and establish a team that can operate effectively at scale in an international business setting.
Location
New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule that requires 2 days onsite each week.
What you will do
- Shape and deliver a distinctive global brand and creative strategy that supports business goals.
- Oversee idea development and implementation for digital work, content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Grow an internal creative organization that operates with strong process discipline and efficiency.
- Introduce and refine the essential systems and infrastructure, including project management and digital asset management platforms.
- Use new technologies, including AI, to improve creative quality, personalization, and scalability.
- Create effective methods for workflow management, prioritization, and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with senior leaders across different regions and business areas.
- Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing creative team distributed across geographies.
Experience and qualifications
The role calls for more than 15 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership, with substantial time spent in senior leadership positions. Compensation
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $250,000 and $325,000 per year, depending on experience, scope of responsibility, and overall qualifications.
