You will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to keep recruiting efforts moving quickly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end recruiting for Contact Center hiring classes, from posting roles through offer stage, while helping ensure each class starts on schedule with the required headcount and quality bar.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to manage recruitment priorities, track pipeline health, and provide regular status updates.

- Track recruiting metrics such as screen-to-offer conversion, class fill rate, and no-show trends to help the Talent team monitor hiring performance in real time.
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and share Kobie’s mission, culture, and values.
- Ensure candidates experience a smooth, responsive, and respectful hiring process throughout the journey.
Required Experience and Skills
- Must be located in the Tampa Bay, FL area; the role is remote but includes occasional in-office collaboration.
- At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Hands-on experience with the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and coordinating reference checks through the start date.
- Strong ability to manage applicant volume and fill roles on time.
- Clear and timely communication with hiring managers and cross-functional partners regarding timelines and deadlines.
- Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruiting tools to manage candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Ability to juggle multiple candidates and process milestones at once.

- Consistent, structured screening approach using scorecards and defined criteria to support fair and compliant hiring decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Lever as an applicant tracking system.
- Experience with Hiring Branch or a similar assessment platform.
- Exposure to India-based or other international recruiting processes.
- Interest in using AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing and screening efficiency.
- Prior experience working fully remotely and independently in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Equal Opportunity and Inclusion
Kobie is committed to a workplace where people can show up authentically and feel respected. Hiring decisions are based on merit and qualifications, and the company does not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics such as race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, or any other legally protected status. The organization also emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion through active internal initiatives and committees.
AI in Hiring
Kobie may use AI-based tools to support parts of the hiring process, including application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and identification of possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
