Role Overview

We are currently recruiting a Team Member to join our Coventry location. This permanent position offers both part-time and full-time roles, with an hourly wage of up to £12.71, paid biweekly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old due to health and safety regulations involving the use of sharp knives and cooking hot food in a commercial kitchen environment.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will serve as the welcoming face of Tortilla. Prior experience in bars, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, or fast food establishments is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm, friendliness, and eagerness to learn are paramount. Candidates bringing experience as Pot Washers, Kitchen Porters, Kitchen Assistants, Prep Chefs, Commis Chefs, or Line Chefs and seeking to remain involved in kitchen operations are encouraged to apply.
