Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence
• Availability for flexible shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification such as Serve Safe

This role requires standing for extended periods, handling hot foods and kitchen tools safely, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working efficiently in a busy, noisy kitchen space with limited storage. Strong communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are vital.

Compensation

The compensation for this position ranges from $25.22 to $28.22 per hour, determined by factors such as location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and may be modified at any time.
