Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Manager for our Corporate segment, your primary responsibility is to expand and nurture our portfolio of corporate clients, enhancing room night sales, corporate partnerships, and driving overall revenue. You will establish strong ties with both regional and global corporate clients, multinational enterprises, travel management agencies, and pivotal business collaborators. Ensuring that all commercial efforts align with our luxury brand standards and strategic objectives is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate corporate accounts to meet revenue goals.
- Establish and sustain relationships with key corporate decision-makers, travel managers, and procurement personnel.
- Negotiate corporate contracts, rates, and agreements adhering to hotel policies and revenue strategies.
- Proactively pursue new business through sales initiatives, networking, and engaging with the market.
- Track corporate business outcomes, market trends, and competitor actions in the UAE and nearby regions.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and account strategies; represent the hotel at corporate events and industry forums.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to optimize opportunities and enhance guest experiences.
- Develop strategic plans for account management to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Candidate Profile
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE corporate market and hospitality sales landscape.
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing corporate contracts, requests for proposals, and sustained commercial partnerships.
- Analytical and strategic thinker focused on identifying corporate growth potential.
- Goal-oriented with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing are advantageous.
- At least five years of progressive hospitality industry experience specializing in corporate sales and business development.
