Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our team full-time. Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with the final rate depending on factors such as location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, this role qualifies for a monthly bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in our company 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. Associates also accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave annually or as required by law.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is designed to be respectful, operating within the store hours from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify excellent professional customer service
• Ensure the store remains safe, neat, and well-organized at all times
• Cross-train across all store functions including stocking and sales associate responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
• Perform duties as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
