Currently, Nabat's integrated solution includes ecosystem management software, precision aerial seeding drones, AI and ecological modeling, and restoration services, with millions of mangrove trees planted in the UAE to date. The startup is expanding its platform to support restoration of coastal, marine, and arid ecosystems worldwide.

Role Overview

Nabat is assembling a product development team and seeks a motivated Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of its new generation of AI-driven products. This role is technical and domain-focused, requiring collaboration with Data Scientists, GIS Specialists, software and hardware engineers, ecologists, and commercial teams. Candidates with experience in geospatial/GIS, climate or nature technology, agriculture or agtech, remote sensing/Earth observation, or AI/ML products are highly encouraged to apply. The position requires relocation to the UAE, with comprehensive relocation benefits and family visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap and oversee execution for Nabat's AI-powered ecosystem management and restoration products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and customers to convert complex technologies into scalable, valuable products.
• Drive product discovery by understanding customer requirements, validating market opportunities, and prioritizing development efforts.
• Translate scientific and technical concepts into well-defined product requirements, prioritization, and success metrics.
• Guide products from initial concept through launch and ongoing iterations, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Identify emerging technologies, data sources, and strategic partnerships to create new product possibilities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to influence product direction and adoption.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of product management experience, particularly within technology, data, AI, or similarly complex technical environments.
• Proven track record of managing products through full lifecycle stages, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Deep domain expertise in at least one relevant area: geospatial/GIS, climate or nature technology, agriculture/agtech, remote sensing/Earth observation, or AI/ML products.
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, AI/ML researchers, and domain experts.
• Experience working with B2B products and conducting customer discovery to accurately identify and validate market needs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Science, or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Passion for leveraging technology to address climate, nature, agriculture, and other impactful global issues.
