Location & Working Hours
This position is based at the depot in Ossett, England. The standard working schedule operates Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 42 hours weekly.
Role Summary
The Hire Controller plays a pivotal role within depot operations by managing the end-to-end hire process. This includes taking orders, coordinating delivery and collection, and maintaining communication across departments. Building and nurturing customer relationships is essential to deliver excellent service and satisfaction.
Daily Duties
The role is primarily desk-based, involving close coordination with various depot teams such as stock management, drivers, and engineers. The goal is to minimize delays and ensure equipment availability matches customer demands effectively.
