Job Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively while proactively communicating with clients.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to parking and accurately document observations.
• Clearly inform customers about valet service rates and related policies.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving standards during all duties.
• Immediately report incidents including accidents, safety hazards, unusual events, and policy violations to supervisors.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local roadways, landmarks, and freeways to facilitate smooth customer transportation experiences.
• Arrive punctually in a clean and complete uniform for every scheduled shift and remain fully attired throughout working hours.
• Support management by assisting with additional tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and current address.
• Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Flexible availability to cover special shifts, including second and third shifts as well as weekends.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States with appropriate documentation.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally address customer or coworker concerns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including handling U.S. currency and comprehension of instructions and workplace communications.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and adapt calmly to changes and unexpected situations on the job.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment. Occasionally, tasks involve sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.
