Role Overview
We invite you to join AvePoint as a Project Manager, working within a Government Agency setting alongside Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT Infrastructure Engineers, and agency users to ensure pivotal projects achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and business requirements encompassing operations, maintenance, and system oversight.
- Guarantee compliance with IT governance frameworks with a strong focus on security and system resilience.
- Manage coordination and leadership during audits involving GovTech and auditors, alongside supervising the deployment of Quality Management Systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related fields.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in project management.
- Practical expertise with full software or product development lifecycles, ideally following Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Exceptional communication skills to convincingly present ideas and influence relevant stakeholders.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Experience managing Agile projects.
- Certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous.
- Exposure to audit processes, Quality Management Systems, and portfolio management is a plus.
