About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing workflows to enhance site performance. They will provide critical shift information to shift and area leaders to drive operational excellence and support team members by managing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and evaluate workflows to monitor site efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver essential shift-related data to shift and area leads to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer support and training to team members, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
• Assist leadership with initiatives aimed at improving business processes.
• Ensure a safe workplace and foster higher engagement among employees.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop solutions that address performance targets.
• Leverage data analytics tools to enhance safety standards, quality, and overall productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication skills in advanced written and spoken German, English, and/or Arabic.
• Experience utilizing data analytic techniques to identify operational problems and opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Background in managing stakeholders and nurturing professional relationships.
• Previous experience working in operational settings such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
