Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed research and analysis on investment and strategic options, particularly targeting emerging technology sectors.
• Assess the financial, commercial, and strategic merits of investment opportunities and develop recommendations for management consideration.
• Create and maintain financial models, conduct valuation studies, and prepare investment memoranda to aid decision-making processes.
• Track the progress and performance of current investments, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to discover new investment possibilities.
• Execute other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as technology, finance, economics, or other related disciplines.
• One to two years of relevant experience in private equity or similar sectors.
• Genuine enthusiasm for investments and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with effective presentation skills.
• Ability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
