Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of multiple luxury villas located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves managing the housekeeping team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping processes across 5 to 6 upscale villas, each containing roughly 4 to 5 rooms.
• Lead and guide the housekeeping staff, assigning daily duties efficiently.
• Inspect villas and rooms regularly to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Address guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Ensure seamless daily operations within the housekeeping department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Essential experience in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor is preferred.
• Competency in English communication for effective interaction.
• A neat and professional appearance is necessary.
• Possession of a personal motorcycle is required; fuel costs are reimbursed.
• Comfortable independently managing own food and living arrangements.
• Experience working in luxury hotels, resorts, or villas is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.
• Additional benefits include provided food, accommodation, and a fuel allowance.
