Job Overview
The Educator position serves as the cornerstone of our organizational success. Educators excel in delivering exceptional customer service within our retail stores. This role involves engaging guests, providing expert product knowledge, and authentically representing our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests promptly and respectfully to provide an outstanding experience.
- Identify and understand guests’ needs to offer tailored purchasing and return solutions.
- Communicate the technical value and benefits of products effectively.
- Ensure smooth transaction processes and implement relevant omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in-store, phone sales, and ship-from-store according to company standards.
- Proactively move around the sales floor to maintain guest engagement and address store necessities.
- Collect guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Cultivate a respectful, inclusive team culture that values diversity and fosters support for both colleagues and guests.
- Build cooperative relationships with team members to optimize guest experiences and store functionality.
- Maintain product presentation standards including restocking, reorganizing, and decluttering the sales floor.
- Utilize store technology to support operations and enrich guest interactions.
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the shift to uphold the store’s premium environment.
- Adhere strictly to safety policies and legal guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Australia (store location).
- Reliable transport to the assigned store location.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Flexible availability facilitating variable schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and store-closure periods.
- Preferred: Completion of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
