Job Description

• Develop, design, and deploy scalable backend cloud services from inception through to production environments.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into reliable technical and AI-enhanced product workflows covering all stages from estimation and design to deployment and monitoring, enhancing user experience and organizational productivity.
• Work collaboratively with other backend developers and cross-disciplinary teams during analysis, development, and product release.
• Utilize AI-native engineering practices such as AI-assisted coding, agentic programming, and harness engineering to speed up development while maintaining high code quality, thorough testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
• Manage infrastructure planning, deployment processes, and operational preparedness for new features and services.
• Constantly enhance system reliability, scalability, performance, and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
• Practical experience in backend programming through professional roles or internships, preferably with Go, Python, or related programming languages.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, RESTful API development, and relational database schema design.
• Comfort with Linux development platforms and experience using Docker and Nginx.
• A demonstrated passion for software development, innovation, and tackling complex technical problems.
• Familiarity with harness engineering, agentic programming, or AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Preferred experience in web security and architecting or implementing large-scale distributed systems.
