Internship Overview
This internship is a full-time, on-site opportunity based at the National Office in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, lasting one month with immediate commencement. The role focuses on delivering practical experience in various Human Resources processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating candidate profiles for potential recruitment.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
- Support onboarding efforts and upkeep of employee records and documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and various HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR correspondence such as emails, letters, and other official documents.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
- Manage data entry, filing, and other administrative duties within HR.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Undertake other assigned HR-related tasks as necessary.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must have completed a minimum of 10th, 12th, or hold a graduate degree.
- Fresh graduates and newcomers to the HR field are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be from Delhi and willing to work full-time on-site for the entire duration.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
